### Where is your team located?

We're a US-based team with engineers across US time zones. No outsourcing, no offshore handoffs.

### What size projects do you take on?

We work on projects of all sizes.

### How quickly can you start?

We can typically start within 1-2 weeks of signing. Larger projects may require more lead time for team allocation.

### Do you work with startups?

Yes! We love working with startups and early-stage companies.

### What technologies do you use?

We specialize in the modern JavaScript stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js. We also work with Python, Go, and various databases and cloud platforms.

### Do you work with existing codebases?

Yes. We can join existing projects, modernize legacy code, or build from scratch. We assess first and recommend the best approach.

### Will my application scale?

We architect for scale from day one, with experience building high-traffic applications. We can help you plan for growth.

### How do you handle security?

Security is built into our process: secure coding practices, dependency scanning, regular audits, and compliance support for your industry (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, etc.).

## Process & Communication

### What is your development process?

We use agile with 1-week sprints—faster feedback loops, quicker course correction, and more frequent delivery. You get weekly demos, transparent backlog access, and regular check-ins. You're always in the loop.

### Will I own the code?

Absolutely. Upon full payment, you own 100% of the code, IP, and assets. We provide full source code and documentation on completion.

### What happens after launch?

We offer maintenance packages (20-35% of build cost annually) that include updates, bug fixes, and support. Or we can hand off entirely—your choice.

### How do you handle changes during development?

We build in flexibility for small changes. Larger scope changes are handled through change orders with transparent pricing impact.

## Pricing & Terms

### How do you price projects?

We offer fixed-price for defined scope, monthly retainers for ongoing work, and team augmentation. We'll recommend the best model for your situation.

### What payment terms do you offer?

For fixed projects: 30-50% deposit to start, milestone payments during development, balance on completion. Retainers are billed monthly. Net 30 invoice terms.

### Are there any hidden fees?

None. Everything is documented in our agreement. If scope changes, we discuss and approve before proceeding.

### Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts for long-term retainers and multi-project relationships. Ask us about bundled pricing.
