## Why We're Building This

The lighting industry was stuck in a design rut—LED bulbs offered efficiency but lacked the warmth and character of traditional incandescent bulbs. We saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between vintage aesthetics and modern technology. We built the entire Tomalson e-commerce platform ourselves using Shopify with extensive custom development—proving our ability to create production-grade online stores that convert browsers into buyers.
